Guess what... yup, it rained again today.The river levels had dropped from near overflowing mid week, think it might burst it's banks this week ....
Good job I have to stay inside and knit the huge jumper - currently 18 inches long only 74 more rows to go on the back... that's 9990 stitches... wish me luck...
And dont ask how the sewing up has gone... it hasn't....

Sue, I used to go to Uni in Aberystwyth while my bf lived in Monmouth so I am used to the river flooding at Hereford and getting stuck then when I moved in with bf in Monmouth, we lived opposite the river. Now we have moved to Lincolnshire. I miss the ebb and flow of the river, especially at this time of year.
